The Wally Shop Shopping Experience Redesign

Description

During this project, I collaborated with the Retail team to identify areas of The Wally Shop's website that needed user experience improvements. Our main goals were limited to the scope of the shopping experience. Some of the main goals that our teams accomplished during this project include:

  • Improved search and product categorization to allow customers to find items more effectively

  • Created pages for each product category and for each product, which improved SEO and made it possible to link to specific products in publications

  • Standardized look and feel of all shopping pages

  • Improved brand equity by adding artistic illustrations to the site

  • Improved responsive design of checkout flow
